This season, we are taking you on a global culinary journey without ever leaving the vineyard.

Our Passport Series is a monthly celebration of international flavors, featuring six exclusive dinners held on the last Wednesday of every month.

Under the creative direction of Chef Dennis, each evening features a custom-crafted menu dedicated to a specific region. Chef Dennis artfully balances global techniques with our Vankleek Hill wines, showcasing how our local terroir can complement the world’s most iconic cuisines.

• June 24 | France 🇫🇷
~Sophisticated techniques and buttery finishes designed to highlight the complexity of our vintage. 

*You will be asked to choose which Main Course you have that evening.  An email will be sent to you prior to the event with this request and additional information.

• July 29 | Spain 🇪🇸 
~Vibrant tapas and bold, sun-drenched flavors take center stage.

• August 26 | The Caribbean 🇯🇲
~Tropical heat meets vineyard cool—bright citrus and island spice.

• September 30 | The Mediterranean 🇬🇷
~A tour of the coast, focusing on fresh herbs and the clean notes of our harvest season.

• October 28 | Japan 🇯🇵
~The grand finale. An exploration of umami and precision, featuring delicate, artistic pairings.

-Reservations are essential 

• 6:30-9:00 pm 
• the patio will be open as of 5:30 for you to enjoy prior to the dinner

- While we may offer outdoor sessions in the future, we are starting the series INSIDE.

-Must be 19 years and older to participate  

-Cancellations are accepted 48 hours prior to the date of the event

- Please note that this amount does not include the tip to your servers and kitchen
